                             HARDWARE

         Hi , we are Tsveti and Elena and we are going to talk about the hardware.

                                                       

          Hardware is all the physical parts of a computer, such as monitor, keyboard, 

         computer data storage, graphic card, sound card, motherboard, and so on, all 

          of which are tangible  objects.By contrast, software is instructions that can be 

             stored and run by hardware.

             

            Hardware is directed by the software to execute any command or instruction. 

              A combination of hardware and software forms a usable computing system.

                Computers have two types of hardware: internal hardware and external 

                hardware.                           

                  INTERNAL HARDWARE 

                      



               Internal hardware includes the central processing unit ( CPU ) and the                                                                                            hard disk .

                 EXTERNAL HARDWARE


The external hardware includes all the physical parts of the computer such as:

- A monitor or screen is where you can see the information.

- A keybord is the object in which we write.

- A mouse is the oject that we use to move the cursor and clicks on images or text and touchpads are usually found on laptops.

- The speakers let us listen to sound in musicor video files.

- A printer allows us to transfer imformation from the computer to a paper.

- The scanner is like the printer but the opposite. It is used to transfer information from the paper to the computer.

- A multifunction printer is a combination of a printer, a photocopier and a scanner.

- Memory sticks or USB flash drives let us download and store information from the computer.

- The router connects the computer to the Internet. This is done through a Wi-Fi connection.
